The Codornices Creek Watershed Restoration Action Plan (CCWRAP) was developed by the Urban Creeks Council (UCC) and Kier Associates in 2004 at the request of creekside landowners interested in restoring Codornices Creek stream habitat and its steelhead (Oncorhynchus mykiss) population.
