This section provides a description of the physical and natural setting of Strawberry Creek and its upper watershed. Section 3.2 gives a historical overview of development in the watershed and its subsequent impacts. Descriptions of the watershed soils and geologic conditions can be found in Sections 3.3 and Section 3.4. Land use patterns and vegetative cover types are discussed in Section 3.5. A description of the creek's hydrologic regime is given in Section 3.6.
